Process
Official admission process
Admission is subject to official rules, the current academic-year notice, STC's allocated seats, reservation, merit, income criteria, and availability.
Apply online
Use the official Government Hostel Admission portal during the application window announced for the academic year.
College scrutiny
The college-level selection committee checks eligibility, supporting documents, reservation, income, and academic records.
Selection list
Approved category-wise selection and waiting lists are published by the competent authority, college, and hostel.
Report to the hostel
Selected applicants must report within the period stated in the published list, pay the applicable fee, and accept the hostel rules.

GR-listed documents to prepare
The official GR lists academic, identity, reservation, income, health, and undertaking records. Current portal instructions remain authoritative.
Academic records
- Previous year's marksheet
- Proof of admission to the college
- Principal-certified attendance record for renewal applicants
Identity and reservation
- Maharashtra domicile certificate, when applicable
- Caste and non-creamy-layer certificates, when applicable
- Disability, orphan, or transfer-order evidence, when applicable
Income and health records
- Income certificate, Form 16-A, or income-tax return as applicable
- Parent or guardian Aadhaar and PAN records
- Government-hospital medical certificate and applicant undertaking
Important note
Admission is completed only through the official Government Hostel Admission portal and approved selection lists. The portal warns that there are no agents or middlemen for hostel admission. Students should rely on current official notices and office instructions before making payments or travel plans.
