College Heritage & Administrative Status (महाविद्यालय संवर्धन व शासकीय स्थिती)

Secondary Training College, established in 1906, is a constituent college of Dr. Homi Bhabha State University (HBSU). In accordance with the District Planning Committee and PWD directives, the college is undergoing continuous physical preservation of its heritage structure. Restrooms on the first and second floors have been completely renovated under the PWD schemes to provide modern amenities for students and staff.

Under the guidance of our leadership, administrative systems have been automated using standard e-Office templates, resulting in zero pending files. Additionally, the college has established direct compliance links to MahaDBT, Aaple Sarkar portal, and UGC/NCTE statutory frameworks, maintaining high benchmarks of public transparency.
